Ibi is a highly experienced and dedicated fitness professional, who has been in the industry for over a decade. He is the founder and lead trainer of Built 2 Perform, strength conditioning, and co-owner of Onyx Fitness, a private fitness studio in North London.
Ibi has worked with elite athletes from a range of sports, including football, boxing, American football, MMA and athletics. Helping them to optimize their performance and reach their full potential.
He continually strives to expand his knowledge and skill set to deliver exceptional service to his clients. Since gaining his sports science degree he has completed multiple strength and conditioning qualifications and workshops from organisations such as UKSCA, and British Weightlifting, and is a Velocity Based Training, and a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. As a testament to his expertise, Ibi has been featured in Men's Fitness Magazine.

Ethan is a Mental Performance Coach with extensive experience in the sports industry. He has worked as a Sports Scientist with Premier League 1st team players and has since specialised in Sport Psychology by completing his masters degree.
Currently, Ethan is focussed on teaching Team GB Canoeing youth athletes psychological skills training to help them perform their best. He specialises in teaching key skills such as emotional control, resilience and pre-performance routines. He also incorporates Mindfulness practice into each session.
Ethan is continuously improving and developing as a coach, entering his Stage 2 Sport Psychology degree in Summer 2023.

Our process starts with a consultation to understand exactly what you want to achieve and where you are currently at. We take into account your current fitness level, lifestyle, commitments, and preferences to create a personalized plan for your success.
During our sessions, we focus on making progress in a fun and enjoyable way. We constantly assess your physical performance and movement capabilities to implement appropriate corrective exercises and exercise progressions into your program. We make frequent adjustments to ensure that you are working at the correct intensity and making constant progress.
In addition to our in-person sessions or online programme, we offer extra support to ensure that your nutrition and lifestyle are set up to support your progress.
